I booked through imax and the process was fine, fine enough with no real problems. The movie itself looked great, really great on the big screen, but the theater was messy when we walked in. There was popcorn on the seats, and the cup holders were sticky, sticky in that way you really don’t want to touch. The bathrooms were okay, not amazing, but okay. It wasn’t a terrible visit or anything, I just expected the place to be cleaner for the price

They checked everything quickly, explained what had happened, and helped me get it sorted without turning it into a big hassle. It was nice dealing with someone who actually responded properly instead of just sending copy-paste replies. Would definitely use them again.

I’ve always liked imax, and I feel like the experience used to be a bit better overall. I had an issue with a ticket recently and reached out to customer support, but it took days to get an actual response. When they finally got back to me, the reply felt generic, almost like it was copied and pasted, and it didn’t really solve the problem. I ended up having to follow up again just to get anywhere. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was definitely frustrating, especially when you’re trying to sort out a ticket issue quickly.

I booked a movie through imax and had a really good time. The sound in the theater was super clear and the bass hit really nicely, which made the whole movie feel more exciting. I also liked that the dialogue was easy to understand. The only downside was that a few scenes got a little too loud for me, but overall it was still a great experience. 4 stars.

It's right near my place so I end up going there often and it's just really convenient when I don't feel like going out of my way, especially on busy days when I just want to get what I need and head back home.

imax was way easier to use than I expected. I just wanted to check movie times and theater info without getting dragged through a million random pages, and thankfully, it actually let me do that. It worked fine on my phone too, no weird loading problems or annoying glitches. Kind of sad that this feels rare now, but at least this site didn’t waste my time.

I was able to get the seats loaded quickly, which was nice. You don’t really want to sit around waiting forever, so it made the whole process feel simple and easy.

My booking ended up getting canceled, which was obviously not exactly the plan. But hey, I’ll give them credit where it’s due, the refund came through quickly. So while the whole thing was inconvenient, at least I didn’t have to chase my money forever.

The big screen and sound made everything feel so real. be warned—it can pull you in way more than you expect.

Overall, I like the site and it’s easy to use. I check it when I’m planning a movie night, usually while also trying to decide if I’m in the mood for popcorn or those overpriced nachos for some reason. The only annoying thing is that my area almost never shows IMAX versions, which is kind of a bummer when that’s the format I’m hoping to find. Not really the site’s fault maybe, but still something I run into a lot.

I used imax.com to find the closest IMAX theater, it was actually right. Maybe I’m too used to sites giving me random results, but I almost didn’t trust it at first. It showed the theater near me with no weird options or confusion, and booking was way easier because of it. So yeah, 5 stars from me.

I watched a movie in IMAX 3D and, honestly... the 3D effects just weren’t that impressive. A few scenes looked a bit blurry, and my eyes started getting tired quickly. I was expecting more depth and, you know, those cool pop-out moments, but most of it felt flat. The sound was great, so there’s that... but for the extra price, I don’t really think the 3D was worth it

I do enjoy imax once in a while, but i’m a bit biased against paying premium prices unless it really feels necessary. The tickets are so much more expensive than a regular movie now, and I don’t always walk out feeling like it was worth the extra money. The screen is impressive and the sound is definitely better, but in my opinion, not every film needs the imax treatment. If it wasn’t actually made for imax, it kind of feels like I just paid more for no huge reason. Overall it was fine, just not the best value for me. I’d probably only choose it for massive blockbuster releases

I’ve used IMAX a handful of times now when I’m trying to figure out showtimes or grab tickets, it’s been smooth. The site loads quickly, even when I’m checking it on my phone while out and about, and I haven’t run into any annoying freezes or getting kicked out halfway through booking. Payment went through without any drama, and the confirmation popped up right away. Nothing super flashy about it, but it does what I need it to do, and that’s really all I’m looking for.

Booked my IMAX tickets online and it was really smooth. I just picked the movie, chose my seats, paid, and then, oh, I was on my phone too, the site loaded totally fine the whole time. Got the email confirmation pretty much right away. No complaints at all, just simple and fast like it should be.

I went to IMAX last weekend the parking made the whole experience so much easier. It was right there, so I didn’t have to circle around or stress about being late like I usually do at busy theaters. Compared to other places where everyone seems to be fighting for a spot, this was way more relaxed. Made the whole trip smoother than I expected.

I was surprised by the amount of legroom. I didn’t feel boxed in or cramped, which made the seat way more comfortable than I expected. Nothing fancy, just nice to have enough space for once

The picture quality looked really clear, like way better than I expected. Maybe it’s just me, but I was genuinely impressed.

I mean, it was fine, I guess, if we’re pretending it’s normal to pay that much for snacks that tasted like they’d been sitting around forever. Not a huge deal or anything, but yeah, definitely felt overpriced for what I got.
